Our signature product

Dillly didn't start with a business plan. It started with a batch of Fire & Ice pickles.

For  years, Fire & Ice had been a favorite with family and friends. They were sweet, spicy, a little different, and the kind of thing people kept coming back for. Eventually, we decided it was time to share them with more people.

So we decided to get creative. Instead of making the pickles for you, what if we gave you everything you needed to make them yourself?

So that's what we did. And while putting together those first seasoning kits, we both started wondering the same thing: What other flavors could we put on a pickle?

So, Who's “We”?

Dillly is the two of us—an aunt and nephew who both love food but bring different things to the table.

One of us is usually out front, talking food, meeting people, and sharing a lifelong love of cooking. The other is more comfortable behind the scenes, handling the designs, website, research, and all the little details that bring everything together.

When it comes to dreaming up new flavors, experimenting in the kitchen, and deciding what's actually worth sharing, we're both there.

And that's how we're building Dillly—a little bit of both of us in everything we do.

Where We're Going

We're not trying to make pickles complicated. Quite the opposite.

We just think there's a lot more you can do with an ordinary jar than most people realize. Sweet, spicy, savory, or something nobody's thought to try yet—we're always curious about what might work.

We're still experimenting, still coming up with ideas, and still asking the question that started it all:

What else could we put on a pickle?

And we have a feeling we're nowhere near done finding out.
